III) Messenger Post: a) Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed 10th class/Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized university/board. b) Physical Standard and Skill Test Norms: The candidate must be proficient in using a pedal cycle for 2 hundred meters and own the ability to examine and write with common physical conditions and flair for the messenger post.
