- This scheme provides industrial training to both young men and women.
- Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate.
- Applicants for this scheme should be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Applicants must have passed the 10th grade and be permanent residents of India.
- Selection of candidates will be based on the prepared merit list, considering their 10th-grade scores and choice of trade.
- The training duration is a minimum of 100 hours or 3 weeks as determined.
- After training, candidates must achieve a minimum of 55% in written exams and 60% in practical exams.
- The Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana is free of charge, but participants are responsible for their own accommodation and meals.
- No stipend or allowance will be provided to the participants.
