Railway RPF Constable Jobs Pay Scale—
Selected candidates for the post of Constables in Railway RPF/ RPSF will receive a salary of Level 3 in the Pay Matrix which is Rs. 21,700/- (as per 7th CPC), along with other admissible allowances

रेलवे पुलिस भर्ती 2023 (Exam Pattern)
- The written exam for RPF Constable Posts will be conducted online, as a Computer Based Test (CBT).
- The level of the CBT exam will be at a 10th/ Matric level, and there will be a total of 120 questions. Each correct answer will be awarded 01 mark, and no marks will be given or deducted for unanswered questions.
- However, for every wrong answer, 1/3 marks will be deducted as negative marking. The duration of the written examination will be one and a half hours.
- To qualify in the CBT, candidates will need to score a minimum of 35% marks (30% marks for SC & ST candidates)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
In the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Exam, there will be three events: 1600/800 Meters Run, Long Jump, and High Jump. Participants in Long Jump and High Jump will have up to two chances each, but only one chance for the 1600/800 meters run. It is mandatory to pass the PET, and it will only be qualifying in nature, with no marks awarded.
