Private Secretary	– Graduate degree<br> – Proficient in computerized word processing<br> – Shorthand and typing skills	– Experience as Personal Assistant to HoD for 5 years in Central/State Govt. or PSU<br> – Diploma in office management and secretarial procedure
Personal Assistant	– Graduate with English Typing (40 wpm) and English Shorthand (80 wpm)<br> – Diploma/Certificate in Office Management and Secretariat Procedure	– 3 years of service in Central/State Govt. or PSU with computer operations experience
