| Qualification | Officers from organized Group-A Services with pay in the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in their respective cadres (Functional/ Non-Functional). |
| Experience | Preference given to officers with experience in technical disciplines of Group A engineering within the railways. |
| Performance Benchmark | A minimum ‘8.0’ benchmark in the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) grading over the last 5 years, with unquestionable integrity. In the absence of numerical grading, ‘Very Good’ is acceptable. |
| Disciplinary Record | Officers with a history of major or minor penalties as a result of disciplinary proceedings are ineligible. |
| Timely Joining | Failure to join the position within the stipulated time will result in the cancellation of the appointment, with the officer barred from Metro/RRTS Companies for five years. |
| Current Employment | Officers currently employed with MAHA-Metro are not eligible. Those who have had direct official dealings with MAHA-Metro in the past three years are also ineligible for the CVO position. |
Salary (Pay Scale) For Maha Metro Vacancy 2023 —
