Qualification Criteria	Requirements
Membership	Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
Work Experience	– Minimum 19 years of post-qualification work experience in handling secretarial functions and activities in either a listed company or a company with a turnover of at least a thousand crore in the financial year 2022-23.<br>- Government/ Public Sector candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in the next lower pay scale (IDA pay scale of Rs. 100,000-260,000). This does not apply to candidates in Government/ CPSE roles in the same pay scale or above as the post applied for.
Qualification Source	All qualifications must be from a UGC-recognized Indian University / UGC-recognized Indian Deemed University or an approved Autonomous Indian Institution / Concerned Statutory Council (wherever applicable) / Board of Technical Education.
