• Weight Lifting: Must lift and carry a 35kg weight for 100 meters within 2 minutes.
• Running: Must run 1000 meters in one attempt within 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
• For Female Candidates:
• Weight Lifting: Must lift and carry a 20kg weight for 100 meters within 2 minutes.
• Running: Must run 1000 meters in one attempt within 5 minutes and 40 seconds.

• The examination for Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) positions will be conducted through a computer-based test (CBT). The Railway Administration may choose to conduct the CBT in one or multiple stages. After successfully clearing the CBT, candidates will be required to participate in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), followed by a medical examination and document verification as part of the selection process.
