- Post-Training Salary: Upon successful completion of one year of training and based on IFFCO requirements, Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGTs) may be absorbed with a basic pay of Rs. 37,,000 per month in the regular Pay Scale of Rs. 37,000-70,000, along with allowances and benefits according to the organization’s standards.
