Physical Test Details For SSB Recruitment 2023
For Male & Female Candidate —
- Male Candidate – 170 Cm.
- Female Candidate – 155 Cm.
- North India Zone Candidate– Male 162 Cm, Female- 150 Cm
Running Test—
- Male candidates will be required to complete a five-kilometer (5 Kms) run within 24 minutes and also perform a long jump as part of the physical test.
- On the other hand, female candidates will need to run 1600 meters (1.6 Kms) within 8 minutes and 30 seconds and also undergo a long jump as part of the physical test.
