- Staff Nurse—Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B. Sc. Nursing from Any Recognized Institution Approved by State/Goi Nursing Council Registration from the Up Nurses and Midwives Council at the time of online application submission.
- ANM— Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery Diploma from Any Recognized Institute Approved by THE NURSING Council of The State/Goi Registration from the Up Nurses and Midwives Council at the time of online application submission.
- Pharmacists Allopathic—Intermediate with a Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy Registration with the Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council is required at the time of online application submission.
- Lab Technician–Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Intermediate (10+2) Science with Medical Laboratory Technology Diploma, or the Degree/Diploma from a Central Government or State Government Recognized University/Institute. Upstate Medical Faculty Registration.
